LLC «Yoshlar Oromgohi», Bostanlyk
The project includes the reconstruction and construction of a complex of public and hotel buildings in the Bostanlyk district. A restaurant, pharmacy, and shops were built with reinforced brick walls, basalt wool insulation, and ceramic granite cladding. «Termo» window units and structural glazing were installed. Hot, cold, and meat workshops, washing, and utility rooms are equipped with ventilation, heating, electricity, and fire protection systems. The two-story medical block is equipped with offices and furniture according to the project. Existing hotels were reconstructed with reinforced partitions, «Termo» windows, ceramic granite stair cladding, Alucobond cornices, and DPC facades with insulation. Landscaping, outdoor lighting, and installation of engineering networks were completed on the site.

The restaurant walls are made of reinforced brickwork with basalt insulation and wind-waterproof membrane. Cladding - frost-resistant porcelain stoneware on a metal frame. «Thermo» window units and structural JP glazing installed. Hot, cold, and meat workshops, washing and utility rooms are equipped with modern kitchen and heating equipment, supply-exhaust ventilation, electricity, and fire suppression systems.
Medical block
Two-story building arranged for medical and diagnostic offices: doctors, procedure rooms, examination rooms, and wards. Fully equipped with medical and diagnostic equipment, furniture, and inventory according to the project, providing quality healthcare.
Hotel reconstruction and landscaping
One- and two-story hotel buildings reconstructed with reinforced partitions and openings using metal structures. High-quality interior finishes, «Thermo» windows, porcelain stoneware stair cladding with tempered glass railings, Alucobond cornices, DPC facades with basalt insulation, and porcelain stoneware plinths. On-site utility networks, outdoor lighting, and landscaping completed.
