Reconstruction and Construction “Mezon”

The project involves the construction of a new preschool educational facility for 120 children in the city of Yangiyul. The building is based on a monolithic reinforced-concrete frame with brick walls and precast concrete floor slabs. Interior works were completed using high-quality finishing materials, including aluminum doors, PVC windows, and aluminum façade glazing systems. The façade features basalt-fiber insulation with thin-coat plaster and travertine cladding, while the cornices are finished with Alucobond panels. The surrounding area was landscaped, gazebos and a children’s playground were built, and on-site utility networks, exterior lighting, and a MTU-300T/GN/LJ2 boiler unit were installed. In addition, the facility is equipped with solar panels and solar water heaters, increasing its energy efficiency.
