Comprehensive Equestrian Infrastructure — Functionality and Safety
The National Guard Cavalry Squadron Fattening Base project covers over 5 hectares and represents a fully integrated complex for housing, training, and showcasing horses. Two covered stables for 25 horses each, a separate quarantine building for six horses for isolation and observation, a walking ring for warm-up and exercise, a bathing pond, and two spacious paddocks were constructed. Covered and open arenas with spectator and VIP seating were built for training and public events. This layout ensures safe distribution of horses across functional zones, provides optimal conditions for training and demonstrations, and allows animal care in full compliance with veterinary standards and safety regulations.
Warehousing and Service Facilities — Autonomy and Efficiency
To ensure full operational capability, a tractor and agricultural machinery park for 15 units with full servicing equipment was built. Warehouses for technical supplies, a 400-ton hay storage, and a 20-ton carrot storage were constructed, ensuring stable feed supply for horses independent of external deliveries. This infrastructure provides base autonomy and readiness for year-round operation, including horse preparation for training and competitions. Warehouses are strategically located to minimize logistics costs and accelerate supply of feed and consumables.
Engineering Networks and Landscaping — Reliability and Comfort
The base is equipped with a complete engineering infrastructure, including two wells, a water tower, 1500 L/h water purification station, 25 m³/h sewage pumping station, two covered 300 m³ reservoirs, and internal water, sewage, and irrigation networks. Power systems include 10 kV power lines, 0.4 kV internal grids, 160 kVA transformer substation, and a 150 kVA diesel generator. Outdoor lighting with masts and “Cobra” fixtures, concrete roads and sidewalks covering 15,340 m², and installation of trays and curbs were completed. The area is landscaped with decorative trees, flowers, and lawns. This engineering complex ensures base reliability under any weather, safety for animals and personnel, and comfort for visitors.
Administrative and Public Areas — Comfort and Functionality
The administrative building includes a kitchen and dining area for 30 people, providing meals for staff and visitors. Checkpoints No.1 and No.2, sanitary facilities, and a disinfection barrier were built. The open arena is equipped with spectator and VIP seating. Thoughtful layout of buildings and functional zones ensures comfort for staff and guests, facilitates complex management, and enhances efficiency of all operational and training processes.
