Complex of construction and finishing works

As part of the reconstruction, demolition works were carried out with subsequent debris removal, along with the installation of metal structures to reinforce the existing building elements. The interior spaces were finished with high-quality materials, providing a modern and durable appearance. Structural façade glazing systems were installed, the cornice was clad with Alucobond panels, and the façade and plinth were decorated with granite tiles mounted on a metal frame. A passenger elevator was also installed, landscaping of the surrounding area was completed, and exterior lighting was arranged. To ensure high standards of education and scientific activity, more than seven departments—including lecture halls and classrooms—were equipped with modern innovative equipment, furniture, and all necessary inventory in accordance with the project.
