Boarding House No. 1 for Children with Disabilities “Muruvvat”
Reconstruction of buildings (Blocks 1–13), reinforcement of metal structures, interior finishing works, installation of aluminum doors and glazing, PVC/Thermo windows, façade insulation and cladding, creation of medical rooms with ventilation and VRF systems. Construction of a 200-seat canteen, checkpoint reconstruction, playgrounds, external networks, landscaping, and boiler installation.

Metal frame reinforced
Metal frameworks were reinforced across roofing structures, beams, walls, partitions, and openings. The reinforcement was integrated without compromising structural geometry, providing safety, stability, and extended service life.
13 blocks renovated
A full reconstruction cycle was completed: demolition, structural refurbishment, window and facade glazing replacement, and interior finishing with durable materials. All buildings were brought up to modern operational standards and prepared for continuous medical and social use.
Medical and social rooms equipped
Dedicated medical and social areas were established: PDS office, treatment room, doctors’ room, physiotherapy for 10 persons, massage room, isolation unit, pharmacy spaces, and medicine storage rooms. They are equipped according to modern standards, with supply–exhaust ventilation and VRF climate systems.
Facade insulated and finished with travertine
The exterior was insulated with basalt fiber boards, finished with thin-coat plaster and travertine cladding. Cornices are covered with Alucobond panels, and the plinth is faced with porcelain tiles on a metal frame, improving energy performance and long-term aesthetics.
