Reconstruction of a 3-storey building into an administrative facility was carried out based on a modern design according to the project documentation. The works included demolition with debris removal, installation of roof metal structures, and the construction of a new electrotechnical laboratory equipped with special ventilation, heating, lighting systems, and fire-extinguishing systems for laboratory use. Structural JP façades were installed, along with sensor-controlled façades made of tempered glass and thermal profiles. The cornices were clad with Alucobond panels, and the exterior walls were finished with frost-resistant porcelain tiles mounted on a metal frame, while the plinth was faced with granite. The project also included the construction of on-site NES networks, installation of a 120 kW diesel generator with automatic activation, external electrical lighting, and full site improvement.
