Major Renovation of the Academic Complex of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies The project encompasses a full renovation of the 10-floor academic complex of the University of Oriental Studies, Blocks B and V. Demolition works, debris removal, reinforcement of roof structures, partitions, and the elevator shaft were carried out, along with installation of aluminum curtain glazing and JP structural systems. Interiors were upgraded with marble staircases, stainless steel railings, and high-quality finishes. The façade was cleaned and clad with travertine, the plinth with frost-resistant porcelain tiles, and cornices with Alucobond panels. Three passenger elevators were installed. Over 10 departments are equipped with modern technology, furniture, and equipment to ensure high-quality education and research activities.

The facility is equipped with modern VRF climate-control systems, upgraded ventilation, and MTU 1650GG/T+GVS boiler systems. The modernization of engineering infrastructure provides a stable indoor climate in academic areas, reduces energy consumption, and improves comfort for students and faculty, enhancing the overall quality of education.
